Don't over-think. Just do. Be happy!
http://www.smithmag.net/sixwords/thanks.php
This process was a tad bit difficult for me because I didn't know what six words to put to describe my life. Once I reflected back on my life and thought about how I got to where I am today and who I am today I knew what my six words were going to be. Don't over-think: I used to have a tendency of over-thinking everything I did. Whenever I would think about things too much I would just stress myself out and not truly do what I wanted to do because I would be too busy thinking about the consequences or what would happen after I did it. Just do: The more I started to just do things and not over-think it I realized I was able to enjoy what I was doing and not stress about everything. Be happy: When I allowed myself to do more things without wasting time on over-thinking it I began to realize the happier I was and the more I was enjoying life and truly appreciating my life. I'm a happier person and find myself smiling and laughing more often.

Food Inc.
The video Food Inc really helped me open my eyes and realize what I was putting in my body by eating packaged food, fast food, and non-organic foods. I really want to change my eating behavior and start eating healthier and pay more attention to what I'm putting in my body. I think its crazy how their are 3 or 4 major meat companies. I strongly dislike how they give there cattle antibiotics and hormones and feed them corn instead of grass. Not too long ago our produce and meat were natural and didn't have chemicals in them. I'm starting to thing that the reason cancer is increasing is because of all the chemical that is in the meat and cattle we are consuming. It sucks how the court doesn't have any power to shut down plants, especially when their food is getting produced and sent out all over the country causing people to get diseases and sick and sometimes die from it. I don't think food industries should be able to have different protections than other industries. I am glad that consumers are able to know what they are eating because they are starting to label and give nutrition facts on what they are producing. Everyone should know and be aware of what is going in their bodies! I think people need to know that they can help change what gets produced by buying more healthier and wholesome products when they shop for groceries because what they buy helps determine what gets produced. Irresponsible behavior can be changed and people need to start demanding good wholesome food!!
